I agree with you phs. A coach loves to coach a player that is a team player and that is willing to do whatever it takes to win and get better.

Coordination. An emotionally strong individual that believes in himself and won't get down on themselves after striking out 3 times or going 1-5 at the dish, they always realize tomorrow is another day. Practice, practice, practice, and being a good teammate with a level head on your shoulders. IE(David LeMaster of Paintsville, one of the finest fellas you'll ever meet. Had a morning paper route all through high school, kind to everyone he saw. Only heard him say one profaine thing my whole life around him and he appologized right after it. His personality and athletic ability is what took him to play baseball for Clemson and had pro scouts drooling over him)

Practice, Heart, Determination, Teamwork, and natural ability must be possessed for a player to be a good ball player.
