Former Alabama's coach Mike Shula was fired this morning after a 6-6 season @ Alabama. IMO that was a crazy move from the AD of bama.

well, as a diehard lifetime Bama fan, I could see this coming forever ago..You dont lose to Auburn and LSU 4 straight times, and go 1-3 against those orange punks from Naziville and keep your job at Bama...one 10-2 season wont make up for a 4-9,and two 6-6 seasons...I like Shula though, I think he's a good guy, and a very good recruiter, but Bama isnt the place for mediocrity. He was put on the hot seat after losing to Mississippi State, but anybody that knows Bama football knows that if you cant beat Auburn you dont coach in Tuscaloosa.

Yeah that is true, but ESPN said that he was more than likely going to stay at Rutgers, but who knows what will happen.
