Prayers please

Well guys and gals my dad just had open heart surgery today quad. by pass at Kings Daughters in Ashland..he is doing fine, but everything happened so fast I coudlnt put this on here before. Because we took him for his heart cath monday and they found a 95 to 99 percent blockage in his left main artery, and its also called the "widow maker" so he was very close of having a major heart attack. But he pulled through surgery fine and they doctor said his heart was 100 percent strong it just had some blockages but thats cleared up now and he should be fine and dandy.

Hey man, you know I'm here for you. If there's anything you or your family need, just ask. Glad to hear his heart is 100% and that he's doing good. Why don't you tell him to take his mind off of it and roast us another pig and cook some more soup beans. lol JK. But man just give me a call if you all need anything.

Your dad and family will be in my prayers and I will request prayer for him at church tonight. Kings Daughters is a great hospital, they took really good care of my dad.

Your Dad may want to ask his surgeon/cardiololgist about enrolling in a cardiac rehab program. It is a very good program for anyone who has heart problems (By-pass, stents) and is available at most hospitals. I work in Cardiac Rehab and can really see a difference in our patients from the time they start the program till the time they finish. The class will help him get his strength back and will also give him a chance to meet others who share his background. It is covered by Medicare and most insurances.

yeap they have already talked about doing that and ive talked to other people as well and they also said he should have it done. So I think he will b/c I will make him lol...but thanks everyone for the prayers I just got home a little bit ago and they had given him a sleeping pill and he was kinda in and out. But he is doing great, he walked around the nurses station 3 times today and up and down the hall BUT I think he just wanted to walk to see all the pretty nurses lol...but hes in good humor...but Ill keep everyone updated

We Just Found Out That My Grandfather From Ohio Has Been Fighting Cancer For A While Now And That None Of My Fathers Family Has Called To Tell Us....They Called Last Night To Tell Us That If We Wanted To See Him We Had Better Come Out There Soon Because They Have Sent Him Home To Die And There Is Nothing They Can Do For Him...My Family And I Will Be Going Out There Saturday and Sunday To See Him...Please Pray For A Miracle For Us!!!
