Pikeville vs. Jenkins
#1
Keep this one on topic and about the game guys.
#2
You know i really believe that this will be over at half time if the pikeville team i know comes out to play. They are not going to let what happened last time they played jenkins happen again.
#3
it should be if Pikeville comes out ready to play
#4
Well I know the Cavs have it in Them to beat Pikeville, settle down boys get your heads on straight and remember what it feels like to WIN, The joy you feel inside, The pride that lasts the rest of the weekend, You Cavs have come a long way, But the real journey begins now, this is what You've played your butts off for, "DONT BEAT YOURSELVES FRIDAY, AND HALLOWEEN IS OVER SO LEAVE THE CANDIES IN JENKINS AND GO, PLAY SOME REAL FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS FOOTBALL!!!
YOU WANT IT CAVS?.... TAKE IT!!!!!!

The game on Friday will and should be a good one because the Cavs have fire and the Panthers are trying to prove it was a fluke.
If the Cavs have anything to say about any of it I think the Cavs will come out on top by 2 td's.
Nothing against the Panthers but I think the Cavs may be a little bit hungrier than the Panthers because take it for granted and the Cavs won't because they haven't been in twelve years.
In the last forum, someone said something about the whole region being behind the Cavs and they all are.
So I hope Pikeville comes to play because the Cavs are on a mission.

Pikeville HUUUUUGE.

Who woulda thought that at the begining of the season. Pikeville and Jenkins woulda been playing with the huge upset alert goin on this game.
Jenkins proved they can play with Pikeville and feel they can beat them. Pikeville wants to proe that it was a fluke and there the best team in this district. Could be a good game. If I wasn't goin to Belfry this friday for my Cats game I would definatly be at Pikeville cheering for the upset GO CAVS!

Should be an interesting game (esp after Smile). But with fans supporting their team is what this time of the year is all about. I am a PHS fan and here's my prediction:

PHS 48
JHS 8 (late score)

Pikeville wins in a no contest. The Cavs better come to play and better have all kinds of confidence, cause the Panthers are a little "hungrier" than what you think. Jenkins didn't prove they could play with Pikeville, are you kidding me. Pikeville proved that they could beat themselves with stupid penalties and not enough focus. I have a feeling it is going to be different tomorrow night.

It odnt matter if it was stupid penaltys or not. The score was 21-14. That proves to me that they played with them. Whether or not it happens this time. I dunno. But last time they played with Pikeville.
#11
I'm not sure but last I checked last game was not this game. And BTWpenalties do matter in games. Maybe not at SV since you are out of the game from the begining of the game anyway.
#12
I saw in an earlier post somone saying that ted honaker was hurt and not playing. Why would he be hurt and not playing with a stinger? He is a tough kid and a good athlete. I don't think he is too hurt.
#13
Looks like people are still talking about the last game, but like Bigpun said this game isnt that one. With that said I honestly think that this is going to be a good game no matter who comes out on top. Jenkins has something to prove and so does Pikeville. who would want to see a blow out anyways, its alot more exciting to see a close game especially with this kind of atmosphere. GO CAVS!!!
#14
This should be a really good game... both teams cant wait to play... shew one more day... OH yeah I dont know how true this is but i hurd Ted Honaker re-injered his sholder in the Hazard game, and One of there best limeman #68 was out for the rest of the year(back problems) and that there were 2 or 3 players out because of grades..

I heard the same but Honaker will play is my guess, and I heard that they had three ineligible players.

#18
#68 (Ryan Shurtleff) I do believe is out for the rest of the season with back problems but not sure to what extent.

And kids with grade problems don't need to be mentioned.

68 did not have back surgery, and they have 2 ineligible players not 3!

Well, this game will be different than last game for sure but that doesnt mean Jenkins doesnt got a chance to win this game, Pikeville will play 100% times better bc they gotta show that last game was a fluke so Jenkins come out and play with heart and if you guys want it more, TAKE IT AND KEEP THE GOOD SEASON IN J-TOWN!!!!! GO CAVS GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!

If this is for real, this is sad to here! I hate to see any player get hurt or have something wrong with them so they can't play. I hope he recovers from this and can play again. I give my best wishes to this player.

I so hate to hear that for the boy, I really hope that he recovers and does well, my prayers are with him. Good Luck to both teams and I hope it is an exciting game for all. Remember the fans are the 12th guy!!

I would really like to see Jenkins do good. They started out on the sucky side, but then they steped it up. To bad LCC couldnt step it up.
