Ashland, let the boys play.It wasnt that bad out,2002 you let Russell play on it when our field had some little water damage, because of a tractor...and both teams tore it up(Mason Co.).Come on AD.Its not always about the money....I should say we rented the field from ticket sales.

They let the boys play the Kiwanis bowl a couple of week ago in a absolute downpour. Let them play!

No way they are going to pass up that much money, especially with it being the last game of the season. Wait one day and $$$$$, a no brainer!

Wont really matter when it is suppose to rain tomorrow too . What were they thinking? Let it rain all night and make the field even more wet, and a possibility of rain during the game.

I know it's all about the money, and getting more people out to see the games, but seriously, unless there's been some terrible rains all week, or is going to be downpouring terribly throughout the game, I'd rather see the game played. Rain and field conditions are part of the game.

Unless there are chances of flooding or there is lightning, a football game should not be cancelled, I don't care how much it rains. My senior year we went to Middlesboro in the playoffs, it rained ALL week long and the cloud burst right before the game started and poured the whole game. If it's a money thing, I understand, I don't agree with it, but everyone knows how some people are about money.
