FINALLY.... SOMEONE WITH A SPINE TO SAY THE TRUTH!!!!
THE CARDS PLAYED VERY VERY WELL LAST NIGHT, THE PIRATES WERE SLOPPY AT FIRST, BUT PULLED OUT AS USUAL. BUT LETS LAY THE CARDS ON THE TABLE, THERE WERE ALOT OF THINGS "OVER LOOKED" ON THE FIELD, AND WE ALL KNOW IT. BUT NO BIG DEAL, WE'LL MOVE ON.
CONGRATS CARDINALS, YOU PLAYED A GREAT GAME!

It is so funny that fans of both teams can go and watch the best game of the year with what appears to be two very evenly matched teams and say the other is overrated and all the other crap that has been said about each team. Some of you people need to enjoy what you just witnessed and get ready for another battle in a few weeks to claim the war! There was nothing said on the internet feed about May crossing the goal line, but the fumble or what ever it was on the first drive by Sheldon Clark was mentioned a lot as questionable. That is part of the game and everything is not going to be called. I have more concern about the let down by Belfry than anything else in this game. Belfry just might not be as good an many wanted to believe before this game, but Sheldon Clark isnât much better from what I heard by listening to this game. I now think that both teams have a great deal of work to do before either one will bring a title back to eastern Kentucky. There are three teams that I can name that might be head and shoulders above Belfry and Sheldon Clark in Western, Russell and Mercer. As far as Haywood goes, he will have to answer if he feels as if he made any mistakes in this game. I think that if he did, we as Belfry fans will be able to forgive him based on the success that he has brought to this program and community. Let us spend a little time talking about what we like about the other team and not what we dislike! Sheldon Clark appears to have some of the best backs in the area as well as Belfry. Both programs have a great coach that is in charge of them. I have a great deal of respect for Shawn Hager and the Sheldon Clark program. The all time record may be in favor of Belfry, but as a Belfry fan, I know that you are in for a game every time you meet Sheldon Clark. That is out of respect for their program. Congratulations to Sheldon Clark on a hard fought battle and the win. This can do so much for your program, ride the momentum and enjoy it!
Welcome to the best site in town! If you need anything, just let me know.

First I want to say congrats to the Cards I know you have worked very hard this week preparing for this game. Second Belfry is a great team, and this loss doesnt take anything away from what they have accomplished over the years, they have dominated this district. Thirdly I disagree with the comments about the officials, there wasnt many flags throwed on either team. Belfry probably didnt have 30 yards in penalties. And Cards had bout the same, they had one flag that cost them a 2pt conversion. And Im not saying it was a bad call. As for the call about the fumble for #5 I really dont know if he did or didnt but that was in the first half I think and it still had nothing to do with the outcome of this game. Finally I have one question If the young man did cross the goal line in OT why didnt the pirates start celebrating I think if he crossed the HE himself would have know it and a GREAT celebration would have taken place. Both teams have great programs, and this game was a great game!!!!! Good Luck to Belfry, and I am so proud of our cards for not getting down and giving up. Also that was a good post BelfryJustice.

Great booste for the SC program . Huge win for the Carinals, Congrats.
Belfry will be ......and always will be simply one of the Best programs from Eastern Ky.
What Belfry has accomplished and did over the years is the mark of a great football program. Coach Haywood is and will always be nothing but a class act and one of the best coaches ever from Eastern Ky. Sheldon Clark did it......Big Time win that corrected alot of doubters that thought the Cards really hadn't played anybody and were overrated. Sheldon Clark, Great year, Great win. Belfry will still be Belfry today, tomorrow, 10 years from now and what they've did over there will always be remembered. 5 years from now Belfry will be rated at the top, Be a statechampionship contender just like they are every year. Tradition never dies......
