With Hughes with 3 td's, one rushing, two passing ! 150+ passing yards with about 30 rushing yards and Pugh with maybe 30 yds rushing and about 60 yds passing the game and now if we go to the other sport(Basketball) I would love to see these two play in a one on one game ! IMO I think these two are very similer in athleticism ! And you Pikeville fans seen how good Bobby was and if we would have caught two of those passes in that game I think we would have won it !

It doesn't matter if he outperformed him in ONE game. Overall, Pugh is a much better player, but he has a horrible team around him and a horrible line. I'm sure Paintsvile's defense isn't that great either. Pugh is a good player on a bad team.

Pugh is a great QB

Pugh - even though he has taken a beatin this year

Pugh.....without a doubt
With an offensive line and other people to back him up this guy would be better than he already is.

Pugh cant only scrammble he is a very good passer. I have seen him do it too many times not to know.

i was at the game and he definately did not impress mee at all. and to say if you caught two passes you would have won is absolutely insane. by the way you DIDNT catch those passes and you DIDNT win, end of story.

Never watched hughes, but I've seen Pugh and played against him and know he is an outstanding quarterback!

Daniel Pugh is a heck of an athlete.
Football: Dual-threat QB as well as a solid DB
Basketball: Floor general for tradition-rich Paintsville program
Baseball: Slick-fielding SS who can hit for average and power
Boxing: Let's just say watch out for that right...

Sorry, Bobby. This one's Pugh's.

Like I said before I'd love to see these two play a one on one game against each other in bball !

And you'd enjoy watching Pugh, play strong defensively. His defense would probably open up the opportunities for him to score and he'd more than likely win. Sadly enough though, I've been told Pugh has decided to bypass his senior season on the hardwood to focus on boxing and baseball.

Pugh may not have the team that he had last year, but he looked absolutely awful in the game against Prestonsburg.
