Jacksonville Jaguars to Interview Liam Coen
#1
Jacksonville's list of interviewees has been released.

Coen joins Kellen Moore, Todd Monken, Joe Brady, Ben Johnson, Aaron Glenn, Patrick Graham, and Robert Saleh.

The Jets, Patriots, Saints, and Bears also have openings.

Lions OC Ben Johnson will probably have his pick of a few jobs if he expresses legitimate interest in them.

I hope Jacksonville gets this hire right. I feel bad for Trevor and all he has gone through. Having watch him from his youth league days coaching against him you saw the talent and the mindset he had and how good of a player he was going to be.

I honestly had no idea that Jacksonville fired Doug Pederson. Just wild thinking that 2 years ago Jacksonville was just a few plays away from making the AFC Championship, to where they are now. Liam Coen would be a great candidate, but I think the 2 hot names will be Ben Johnson the Lions OC, and Bobby Slowek the Texans OC, even tho that offense has regressed some since last season, he will still be a hot commodity for openings.

Well this saga took an interesting turn. Coen was reported to have withdrawn his name from consideration, but now ESPN is reporting that he's engaging in talks with the Jaguars again. This wouldn't be that salacious but for his resigning with the Buccaneers yesterday.

Jacksonville did recently fire their GM, but the organization as a whole is generally seen as a dumpster fire and is commonly mentioned as one of the worst situations in the league (along with the Jets, Raiders, Panthers, Cowboys, and Giants).
