I don't think they are playing a KHSAA sanctioned schedule (competing in post season play)

I think Raceland and Lewis are my biggest surprises on the young season. Plus I'm glad to see Elliiott Co. back to being good. I think their Coach Adkins does a great job.

My biggest disappointment so far is Russell. I might not have fully understood the impact of those kids leaving the problem. But in fairness to Russell their schedule is much easier starting in January.

Good takes. After watching Russell over the weekend its obvious the Neel kid leaving really hurt them from a ball handling standpoint. They really struggled against pressure defense. They are still a young team though, and Rimmer is becoming an all around real deal.

I see Elliott & Russell very similar.  I really don't think Elliott (6-3) is very good.  Yes, they will win the 62nd or at least make the regional tourney.  Russell's (3-7) only so-called good teams was the AIT and they will probably miss out on this year's regional tourney.
