Wow. Congrats to the Hawks!

Jaden Stewart was great. He was the best player on the court tonight on both ends. Grant Hall is a very good player as well, one of the top point guards in the region in my opinion, and he made plays all game as well.

Pikeville looked strong out the gate, but have dropped their last 2. The defense was a step slow all night tonight, and Pike Central out rebounded them. They have 4 games to try and get things rolling again before the All A.

Keene didn’t play the whole second half. Maybe an injury I’m not sure.

For my money Stewart is the best player in the region.

I was watching the live. He appeared to be walking so hopefully nothing serious.

Cameron Pente is the dark horse for it.

What are the thoughts on this game? The score is quite shocking. Pikeville won’t see many wins until guards learn to pass efficiently. Way too many turnovers in both losses this year.

Argument can be made for who the best player in the Region is, I'd say Stewart, but there's no argument as to which player means most to their team, that is also Stewart. Big win for Pike Central after starting out the gate slow, eventually went on and won the PIT this past weekend as well.

The PIT isn’t what it used to be. I remember when it used to be filled with 8 teams and was a great tournament. Only 3 teams this year. A bit disappointing.

I give Bart Williams a lot of credit, he knew how to organize and run a great tournament. I always enjoyed watching the PIT when he was at Pikeville. He kept it going quite well. If I am not mistaken, isn't it one of the oldest holiday tournaments in the state?
