Does paintsville have the speed and length to play with Floyd central in transition. Haven’t seen much or heard about Paintsville a whole lot.

Trust me that's exactly the way Paintsville likes it, with all the attention their district counterparts are getting, they're just flying under the radar, at the moment anyways. Should be a matchup of contrasting styles, Floyd Central obviously likes to get out in transition, and has a ton of athleticism, Paintsville has the personnel to run as well, but they can be methodical, run multiple sets and patient with the ball. This should be an interesting game, both teams are young, FC's young guys seem to not get rattled by the big moments, Paintsville has that young core of sophomores who have quickly turned into seasoned vets. Great guard play with Spriggs & Lauffer, that'll be a great matchup. Big man battle down low w/ Woods & Howard should be fun to watch as well. I think the difference maker will be Ethan Cole, possibly the best player on the floor, he can get in a great rhythm. I'll take Paintsville in a close, high scoring game.
Paintsville-81
Floyd Central-76

This will be a good game between two young teams. But I think fc will win in a close one with a lot of transition points
Fc- 79
Tigers- 72
Fc- 79
Tigers- 72
