49ers linebacker leaves 'TNF,' telling coaches he did not want to play

In the third quarter of Thursday's game against the Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers linebacker De'Vondre Campbell was seen leaving the sidelines and headed to the locker room. It was not because of an injury.
