Makes sense… he and his staff l Previously turned around struggling A program in Paintsville … didn’t get GRC off to the start they had hoped for. Could be good for both sides.

Makes perfect sense for Danville. Zero sense for Chirico.

The job is officially posted, as of Friday. Formality, or did the top candidates turn it down?
It's down between Walt and Neal. First to return the call gets the job.

I thought for jobs in public schools that they all had to be posted, but I may be wrong. Either way, this job isn't the same job it was when they fired Clevenger. It's not even the same job as it was when Peach left. Chirico coming would be a shocker to me unless they really want him out at GRC. I think Danville's best bet is to snag a young assistant somewhere that they can build around for a few years. These two year cycles are just going to bury them deeper than the grave they are already in.
pikevilles offensive coordinator not sure his exact name but heard he was looking to get out of there and be the man incharge maybe danville is the place to do it.
Joe Mathis said on twitter an announcement will be made today at 2:30.

I hope someone can revive Danville, but at this point Im not sure. The job is still posted online, would assume they would wait until after the state games this week to make an announcement, but apparently that isnt the case.
Pulling for Walt "Baby" Love
HERE WE GO WALT! HERE WE GO!!
