Almost 6 min left in the game and went to running game, I thought Salmons conceded a little too soon with an arm like Elam.

Corbin up 14-10 early in 3rd quarter with the ball and decent field position. Officials take over. Move Corbin back inside their own 5 with three straight flags. Set PT up for score to take the lead. Momentum shifted. Game essentially over after that.

Refs sucked bad but not the reason PT won the game. PT defense was legit and Corbin OC didn’t make any adjustments to what they were doing. That’s not shocking. But PT may have the best D line and linebackers that Corbin has faced in years. Including last year at Boyle or Douglas.

Elam's arm doesn't matter when his arm is tackled before he throws.  Corbin's offense was junked by officials and PT's defense.

Corbin was better in the first half. Paducah way better in second half.  Second straight year a really good Corbin offense was stymied. I'll be glad to see Bart go. Bring in a fresh face.

Haddix never won here. Lost in the finals to a far inferior Central team.  I wouldn't say this was a failed season. This was not one of our best teams but Salmons had them playing well at season's end. I think he will have them in the title game before too long. Just hope it's in my lifetime.  At least Johnson Central sucked. So it was a pretty good season, overall.

The best players from Corbin, Franklin, PT, and CC couldn't beat Boyle in a best of three series. Boyle would probably sweep 2-0.

Well fortunately for PT. Covington Catholic took care of Boyle for them. They only have to beat Franklin now.

But mythically they are 4 TDs better, he just wants everyone to know that.

KHSAA finally declared the Corbin kid(Meadors) eligible with most of the season already over. He got to play two games. Why couldn't they have decided that in August. Good job. Terrible human beings.
