This is 100% true. I’ve seen the screenshots as well. They are pretty condemning and surely there would never be someone with these characteristics put into authority. Especially, when dealing with a school.
I think the administration at SV has been self serving for the last few years but are so full of themselves they can’t see how ineffective they really are.

Idk. But if true feel bad for Taylor worked hard in this region turned LCC into a real program. Has a great background and resume I thought he would turn Valley around when I heard he go the job. He will land on his feet had chances to leave prior and will again I’m sure if this holds true. 

Is he resigning cause of it? Or keeping job? Can’t blame him if he does. 

On another note Lawerance is a the sleeper team to me in 15th after seeing this summer. followed by Paintsville returning their bigs. And Martin the favorite by far they had a great games on D&D vs 14th region. 

Any word on the Phelps transfers? Are they eligible have heard a lot of rumors they are both two of the top players in 15th besides Keathley and Watts

Crazy times at Valley close to the season. If the screenshots I read over here in 14th are true today.

Apparently, from whats circulating the current football coach at SV is actively searching for Taylor the new basketball coaches replacement who aint even been fired lol. Before he even started his season…. 

From the screenshots I have seen, the football coach is contacting people in other regions here for sure, asking for anything on Taylor to cause issues for him. 

Stating that he is 1 and done at SV no matter how much he wins when he takes over as principal. The screenshots hint the losses in football season on basketball being a distraction the kids wanting to play basketball instead. Apparently some of his kids are also on the basketball team. 

Looked up today Valley had a slow start at 0-6 in football in a bad 1A district. I think they only share like two kids according to the rosters Johnson and Bartley. 

Anyway, the screenshots of the messages that are circulating said among a lot of other things that he (football coach) is the principal in waiting in a year or so and he is already looking for Taylor’s immediate replacement no matter what he wins. Valley has had 3 coaches in basketball in 3yrs so something is going on somewhere. 

Feel bad for Taylor always worked hard and his kids played hard at LCC. I think he has good support from his players, community, and parents according to people I have talked with at Valley they looked to be on the way back this summer in basketball. 

Wish we had got him two years ago but he didn’t come due to his mother’s age and distance we are from him what I was told. 


Sucks if he left Letcher to be one and done at a place like SV that was such a storied basketball program. They might be moving in a football direction. 

Wow, I wouldn’t expect this from the football coach at SV. Things seemed to be trending in the right direction for football.

Promising positions for “dirt” on a fellow coach in the same school that hasn’t coached the first game. I’m not sure what the motive is. 

Sv boys and girls basketball is not what it once was but until another sports team wins a state championship or puts together multiple regional titles it will be a basketball school.

Martin Co looked awesome is their Red & White game over the weekend. Davis absolutely lighting it up and Watts and Maynard dunking all over the place. Saw some people talking about how they’re not going to be as good as people had hoped but what they don’t realize is that they haven’t been able as a team with football going on. Once football season is over and Watts, Maynard, and Estep get healed up, it’s going to be terror for other people in the Region. Going to be a fun season in Inez.

Paintsville is around the 4th best team in the region as of right now. They return everything and their freshman from last year that led the team are a year stronger. To say 9th or 10th is insane. They could win the 57th and could also make a run at winning region. They are easily top 5 or 6 most definitely not 9th?.

I guess time will show but to say Maynard isn’t top 10 is crazy. Paintsville solid 3rd in 57th behind JC and MC, then you can make the argument PC Pikeville are in front, as well with LC always being competitive. Right there puts them 6th top end. Not even mentioning SV or BL. Could very well be 8-10 range. To say easily top 5 is a stretch lol
