1st half was sloppy for Martin county l. They had maybe 3 first downs. I don't the exact time of possession but I'd be willing to bet they didn't possess the ball for over 5 mins. For some reason this year they are stagnant in the first half. Something they should have already corrected by now. Got a pick 6 to end the half was a game changer

2nd half like most all year they come out a different team. Seems like they got to be beat up a little bit to really start feeling their selves.3rd quarter won them the game. Dominated the line of scrimmage and hit big runs. If Martin can play like they did in the second half they should at least make it back to the regional championship game

martin county tried to establish fullback on their first two drives and EC stifled them..... MC was driving a bit on their third drive with about a minute left threw a pick. but then maynard redeemed it with a pick six with just a few seconds left in the half and it was a game changer. MC realized they had them on the edge on the drive before the half.

cards proceeded to rattle off 28 more entirely on runs to the outside in quick fashion and went up 35-14 but EC went back to their advantage just handing the ball up the middle.... scored and onside kick, scored again and all of a sudden its 35-28 in the 4th

defense made plays for MC and offense punched one more on and the cardinals got a win i did not expect them to get

I heard the radio guy saying EC was without one of their starters. MC was without 3 and still pulled it off. Good job MC. Playing good ball at the right time.
