This years freshmen at AC are pretty solid. As 4th graders they won the Floyd County Conference regular season but lost during the County Tourney to eventual C team champions MCA. As 5th graders they were County Conference Champs (undefeated) and County Tourney champions. In 6th grade they repeated as both County Conference Champions (undefeated) and County Tourney Champions for C-team. In seventh grade they finished second in the Right Beaver Classic, first in the Shag Campbell Tourney and finished 2nd in the County Conference and County Tourney for A-team. As 8th graders they finished second in the Right Beaver Classic, tied for County Conference champions and won the Floyd County Tourney. Chris Stumbo and Logan Crowder were named Co- players of the following their Floyd County Tourney championship game.

I think those kids will be fine as long as they continue to work hard, those seniors deserve at least one winning season before they graduate. Martin and Collins will have to provide leadership for this young team.

Justin Jacobs and Nick Music are the 2 that come to mind. Seems like there was another senior who quit during the year.
