Imagine the fun I had as a Paintsville fan during the Chirico era!

Panthers need to get healthy. Schedule took a toll. Bye week was great timing followed by the Paintsville game. Barring a meltdown, Pikeville will win 1A again. They have the best team but they have also shown they are entirely capable of melting down.

Just a few thoughts. I thought Ironton was going to be better than what they were. Maybe it was the bus ride or whatever not sure. But Pikeville's offensive and defensive line really played much better than they have most of the season so far. Ironton did have some good athletes but I thought for the most part Pikeville kept them in check. Field position is Pikeville's worst enemy, they can not seem to flip the field on anyone. The punt team is as bad as I have seen. Usually it's a bad snap but one time they actually got a good snap to the punter and he barely got it past the first down marker. I think that is Pikeville's biggest issue they have to clean up for playoffs. And the kicking game. The other team gets to start around the 40 yard line most of the time. But they get those issues worked out and I think they got another championship run in them. I think the biggest threats to them are Raceland and Campbellsville. And with what Pikeville's RPI is going to look like they most likely will be traveling after second round.

Raceland and Pikeville will both be on the road until the finals most likely. Campbellsville showed last year they have what it takes to be in the conversation. But no one else imo, is within 2 scores of these three.

Raceland isn’t within 2 scores of Pikeville either. I realize the score of the game earlier this year and I am not stirring the pot or looking for reaction. I think if they play again, that will prove to be true similar or worse than last year.

I agree 100%. I will be shocked if Raceland can hang next time. Not trolling one bit either. Pikeville better at pretty much every position.

FWIW I thought Pikeville was better at every position last time…

But that didn’t exactly equate to them being 2 TDs better.

You and OB are two Rams posters that make some sense. You support the team and have rational takes. Rams will get it done at some point. It’s just a matter of time.
