What are the numbers like? Does Coach Ford have a schedule in the building that allows him to run a solid strength and conditioning program? Who are his assistants? Are the boosters and parents being as they tend to be in MOREHEAD- interventionalists or are they supportive?

Middle school is still the same coach that has been there for awhile. Youth is city park based.

Lawrence county is a tough one this year.. if they can keep the mistakes down I'd say running clock by 3rd quarter

On paper this one could get ugly if the Bulldogs execute. They have loads of talent on both sides of the ball but you never know early in the season how things will go. Rowan had some young weapons last year and I expect them to use them early and often but not sure they can match what LC has.

I'm going to dispute that to a degree. While those 3 teams had some good players, they also have talent now. Those teams are not leaps and bounds better.

Sorry….but in no way does Rowan have the offensive weapons now that they had during his tenure.   There just isn’t any disputing that.   Not saying there isn’t talent around….but c’mon…..it’s not even comparable
