Mavericks extended Jason Kidd earlier, with sources speculating the Lakers' search was a factor.

Seen where they were interested in Jason Kidd, also seen JJ Redicks name being floated around even thought he has never been a coach, but he does have that pod going w/ Lebron, and the Lakers have already made it known they'll cater to Lebron, so if he wants it, that's more than likely what would happen.
