Who would be among the voices you'd rank as having the smoothest , purest delivery of all time. I'm looking for someone who could rock you to sleep(in a good way) with their soft, silky, near pitch perfect vocal instrument. Who's that person that could put you into a trance-like state or make your eyes well up with tears each and every time you listen to their songs.

There are three that I will mention and you can add some of yours. For me, the voices of these three people I grew up listening to transcended time and space. Their voices reached out from that record and took your heart and your emotions prisoner. I miss this kind of music. Yes, I'm a sucker for a beautiful , sad love song. I tear up whenever I listen to these three artists... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME .
