I think JC has this one. They are just a little stronger in too many specific areas to not come out on top on this one.

JC has to figure out a way to overcome their injuries and figure it out fast. They still have time and the talent to make a run in 4a so prayers for any of those injured players that they get well soon. The loss to a young Belfry team like that was absolutely brutal though and the fact that it followed a loss to Pikeville is even worse. I would have never thought JC would be the third best team out of pike/Johnson county part of the state.

I think this will be a good ball game. I look for the Sperry kid to give Johnson central trouble since they are so young in the secondary. If I’m not mistaken they have a sophomore and a freshman starting at the corner positions.

I'll take JC in this one. I'm not sure who is out for JC but even with the injuries I don't see Breathitt pulling the upset. Belfry averaged almost 15yards per carry against the Bobcats which is not a good sign against JC

JC goes back to business, cleans up a few things defensively and bring home the win. Sometimes taking a ruff loss can make a team better in the future. Their seasons not over, including after taking losses to a couple of the best coaches of all time. I think the Ashland versus JC game will be outstanding. I love teasing JC fans but lord they can’t handle it lol
