I used to think the same way until you see everyone cramping. There is also a reason why the elite programs don't have too many two way starters. Depth always helps especially early in the year.

I wouldn’t necessarily say that. In that LCA game I know those two teams were in shape, reckon they were cramping for time outs lol.

Define Solid? Heard the Thomas kid run all over that solid defense 220 yards plus.
I heard the Defensive Player of the Wk. McWhorter when he wasn't being held was doing a bang-up job of
slowing him down & stopping him on many runs.  Also heard NL's backfield is as quick/athletic as they can be.
Like someone said earlier if not for that kid he would have amassed many, many more yds.   Just watched some
film on that game & had that early NL TD not been called back & that fumble on the 1 yd line, it would have been a
different game.   Both teams will do well going forward from the looks of things on film.
