I think since she just recently passed, Tina Turner should be mentioned, since she was so huge in the mid 80s. I don’t necessarily sit around listening to her music, but I did see her at Rupp on her farewell tour in 2000, with Joe Cocker as the opening act. I was a little skeptical about going, but I must say it wound up being one of my top ten favorite live shows I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen hundreds. Her energy was just unreal, a tremendous performer with a great voice. RIP Ms. Turner.

No one rocked tank tops and halter tops in the 80's like Marie(RIP).

One of my eighties crushes. Best legs of the 80's and , undoubtedly, one of the best voices of that era. (RIP)

Kinda keep this one on the QT or my man card will be totally annihilated.  Very talented singer/songwriter/producer/musician and cute as a button.

You might say this trio of beautiful gals had some pretty good DNA. What harmonies!!!

Rindy Ross(Quarterflash) was an immense but underappreciated talent. Anyone who can sing AND play sax like that gets my attention.

I never hardened my heart for these ladies.

95 pounds soaking wet but what a voice!!!
