Congrats to Knott! Gayhardt in my opinion is the best player in the region. Sure hated it for the “Lady Eagles seniors. Should be a great championship game today.

No one talked bout LCC coming into this tourney but like I said in another thread coach Baker is best in the region. Wouldn’t be shocked to see a three peat today with Lc winning the 14th again

As for Leslie good year. Lady eagles was my pick to win the region but they fell short.

Letcher had a solid performance in this tournament. Couch is a great player around the basket and requires a ton of attention. Coach Baker has done an exceptional job. The storyline of the tournament goes to Kylie Gayheart. She willed her team to victory against Leslie and Letcher. She controls the game from beginning to end. She's extremely difficult to guard and can score from anywhere on the court being guarded heavily. Also, she is an exceptional defender. Without hesitation, she is the best player in the region. Coach Amburgey has done a tremendous job with his team. The team was focused and tenacious. Congratulations to Knott County on a great season.
