I don't think anyone can argue with 1 and 2. I guess the committee didn't want a Michigan -Ohio State rematch. I would have placed Ohio State at 3 and TCU at 4. I think Georgia got a tougher first game than Michigan, but what do I know. It's just my opinion.

They have multiple losses including a bad loss to Florida.

They do, but they won their conference (Ohio State didnt even play in their conference championship)

Heck Id rather see Tulane in there than Ohio State or Alabama or USC.

True, but Georgia also plays real football teams during the season too. Ohio state plays one real football team and gets dismantled.
