The main take away from this game is how is #19 for Oikeville. He went out in the first half with what looked like leg injury they were working on. Then comes back out after halftime and he’s no shoulder pads and no helmet. Be interesting to track his progression. But didn’t seem too worrisome. Had no brace or anything on the knee.

Radio guys said a got a penalty and was out as a precaution to not get a second one/suspension. I hope that’s all it was.

The only trash talker I saw all night came from an elected official. I would be absolutely embarrassed to have people like that representing a fan base. Unfortunately, one person makes everyone look bad. There is not one single Pikeville fan that can disagree with this statement. 100% accurate. Congratulation to Pikeville, they were the better team.

17/18 year olds vs full grown man that is a public servant. 

Neither is right but that dude needs a taking to. it has to be very uncomfortable for other Pikeville fans sitting around him. Trust me, we have our fair share as well. 

as for the game, as expected. Paintsville fought hard but this is just a historically good 1A defense.

I do too pull for mountain teams no matter who it is but I missed all this action from the Pikeville fan doing stuff but if he was it’s definitely uncalled for but I did make fun of the referees but it wasn’t nothing bad just in fun

Well I can tell you it doesn’t come from the coach’s. In the past I know for a fact it did. I stood on the sideline during Racelands game with Paintsville and their coach’s we’re constantly getting on the kids for their mouths. It will take a couple more years before it goes away. All the old regime kids have to graduate before it fixes.

No one is ever allowed to do that and they know that. Paintsville people acted like big babies about it threatening to call their mayor and this and that person, blah blah blah, and the “public servant” just old them like it was. From what I gather anyway. Paintsville has some fine folks, but is just a big bunch of crybabies that think they can do whatever they want, for the most part.

I had no idea what happened prior to the game. I just know what happened during the game. That guy is a complete prick. He uses is authority to get away with acting like an a$$hole. I like most everyone from Pikeville but he makes everyone look bad. Not sure about ‘got mad right of the bat”. I just know how that prick acted during the game.
