LCA will likely have a tough time hanging with Pikeville in this one.
#3
This one depends if Cutter Boley is healthy but Pikeville is tasting victory again and will be hard at home!

Going with Pikeville ( but what’s new) because I always do. This is going to be a real good test for these Panthers and they better come to play or it could turn out bad. LCA has a lot of talent and are very well coached team. One at a time and put in the work this week to prepare and all gas every play and as always GO PANTHERS!!!
#5
Going with my Panthers at home. If Boley plays it will be a huge task to pull it out. The Panthers got their groove and are playing like they should now. Still some wrinkles to iron out, but getting there.

pikeville rolls

I'm agreeing with everyone. Pikeville wins. LCA with too many key players being injured. They played this past Friday night with a fourth string QB from my understanding.
#12
If Boley doesn’t play Pikeville rolls!
#13
I still think Lexington Christian has some athletes and is a dangerous team. Coach Charles doesn't want to be embarrassed especially in Pikeville. I think this will be a good game.
#14
With Boley good game toss up, without Boley no chance LCA can keep up with Pikeville offense unless they have the other QB back from being hurt
If you need any assistance or want to report a problem feel free to PM me and we will get it taken care of!  Thank you for choosing to be apart of the BGR community!

Pukeville with the W. LCA is not very good.
#16
LCA has two excellent quarterbacks, with me that is playing wide out who was out. Not sure who all they have back from injury. If those kids play this is a toss up. If they don’t then Pikeville wins.

Your trolling skills are deteriorating rapidly. Anyone who has ever followed football knows Pikeville schedule 100x tougher than Raceland schedule.

If Boley or the Backup QB who is also hurt comes back it will be way more Competitive. Either way I have The Panthers Winning. If Neither of those QBs play for LCA then it's Pikeville 49-14 and they do play than Pikeville 35-21

I think Pikeville will win no matter who plays. They have size and speed and talent to win. If LCA without QB then it’s Pikeville no questions unless they have a let down from the Belfry win.
#20
LCA beat Pikeville last year so I think Pikeville is looking forward to this one. Now does that mean a win not necessarily but I sure hope it does
#21
Definitely a winnable game for the Panthers. LCA basically ran the wildcat the whole game against Lex Cath. Also Pikeville will have a couple mismatches to take advantage of. Kind of a must win for both teams in regards to the RPI.
#22
Pikeville has so many weapons at it’s disposal this season. Pikeville’s chances of winning this game is greater than last season even with Boley on the field. Pikeville is good right now but not nearly as good as they’re going to be in a couple months. Jmo

Week 1 this game is a toss up maybe favoring LCA by 3-5 points. Now? Its Pikevilles to lose. LCA with too many injuries and unknowns. LCA kind of trending down right now. I think at full strength, at this point of the season, Pikeville is better no matter who is on the field.

Definitely does

If Boley plays, I'll take LCA. If Boley does not play, Pikeville will take the win.

I think after the last two weeks, LCA is going to come in and try to prove that they are still a force to be reckoned with. If Boley doesn't play then I just do not see them having success coming into Pikeville and getting a win.

To me, after the loss last year to LCA, Pikeville has this one circled on the calendar and if you do not think that they are wanting to whip LCA then you just do not know the Pikeville program. As a friend of mine use to say about another good eastern Kentucky program...  "They hold grudges".

With Boley
LCA- 24
Pikeville- 21

Without Boley
Pikeville- 28
LCA-17

I don’t know if the kid plays or not but if I was the coach (and I am not) if he is not 100% and fully recovered from his injury he wouldn’t play because district games are more important than this game. Now I hope he does and it’s not about winning or losing but it shows Pikeville what they need to work on before playoffs get here which is what really matters. With the losses Pikeville has already this RPI system puts them on the road anyway and to me it’s all about getting better so with that said GO PANTHERS!!!

The fact that Raceland and Pikeville are neither going to get homefield advantage is asinine, imo. Hopefully it balances out down the road and they dont have to be road dogs until they see each other. My big thing there is I dont see anyone in the top 10 of the RPI that are within 3 or 4 scores of either team. They both have that much more tallent than the others this year. And waaaaay more depth. Good, bad, great, ugly, pretty, $h!+y...whatever you want to call the schedules, its a good thing the two favorites and i will even throw Hazard in the mix, are playing bigger schools bc the points will really matter this year come seeding time.

All that beinf said, last year many of us thought that even though Pikeville thumped Raceland in the semis last year, that Raceland was rhe 2nd vest team in the state. Russellville proved that to be untrue in the finals. So i dont think anyone can over look anyone after the 3rd round.
