I'll take beechwood pulling away by 21

This will be interesting. Beechwood has college aged kids on the roster. Simon Kenton is big and physical for the appropriate age. Beechwood has the historical culture to pull out the win at home. I think the hand picked grown men of beechwood will pull out the victory at home….but I dont see this going much beyond a 2-3 score game.

College aged kids??
You realize when the reclass rule was passed, that you still can’t turn 19 before the start of the season? Any kid held back in grade school is in the same situation.

I'm going with the bad guys at home.

Pioneers should have a tough game. But I think they can when if they stop Berger.

Normally yes. But that’s not entirely true. Louisville central had a kid almost 20 and was 19 before the season started and got a waiver to play. This was before the reclass rule. 2018 to be exact.

We are getting the same talk towards Raceland up in NEKY. "Transfers and hold backs". The rule has been in place for years that you can hold back all you want up until 8th grade. You get 4 years of varsity eligibility in football. There was ONE YEAR that allowed for an extra year of eligibility. That was the covid exception. Age limitations, however, never changed. Tired of hearing it. Kudos to those who took advantage ans had the balls to do things there own way, regardless of what people may think or say. The atate left SB128 in the hands of the schools. If your school didnt allow it, move on. Quit giving people crap that gave kids another shot at getting that year of their life back.

Kudos for hindering a kids normal development so they can play an extra year of sports? That’s the most inane thing I’ve ever read. To allow the “reclassification” is moronic. It has absolutely nothing to do with academics. If you advocate for this stupidity, I feel bad for you and your kids because that mindset is destructive in real life.

They played a full season. There is no justification for it. If your kid didn’t get the scholarship you thought he was “entitled” to…..there is a reason. The reason is, he wasn’t good enough. Sorry but covid wasn’t the reason he wasn’t good enough….he just wasn’t good enough.

Believe it was a concussion, so there is a chance to pass protocal before the game. I'm with Bull got out, and say he doesn't play. Too much to risk with plenty of season left as well.
