Finally, someone can see what everyone in Fort Thomas (with any sense) has been saying for the last 6-7 years.  Bob Sphire, Nick Saban, Jimbo Fischer......don't care who the coach is, you have to have more than just one or two decent athletes.

I think they-the coaching staff-lost the players respect when they decided to start Geisler vs CCH in the playoffs and Noon moving to WR. I guy that comes over and hasn't done anything is made the workhorse over a their top performing player the whole season. I was at that CCH/HHS playoff game and it was easy to see in warm-ups that Highlands did not want to even be there to play. There were rumblings about them making that switch and the players didn't like it. I chalked it up to it being a silly rumor but when I saw them warm-up and then play, I think there is something to it.
How do they not find ways to get Noon the ball? How far down in the doghouse is he and what is the reason behind it? When he was playing QB and they were doing the QB run game with RPO's they were a dangerous team on offense. Now, they just want to try QB merry-go-round, that does not include Noon, and try to force Geisler to be something the bell cow. I do not see Geisler as being anything but an average high school running back. He was caught twice going to sideline by the backside ILB, so not really a burner when it comes to speed.
Again, Noon is the most explosive player on offense but extremely limited in touches. Get Noon back at QB and let him be a dual threat that scares defensive coordinators.
