Hell I was given every excuse there was to why they were doing what they were doing. The best one was whan a guy was asked how much he had to drink and stated way to much to be talking to you. LOL

BT i didn't think they could take you to jail for that.. i heard somehwere that you could sit and cuss them out but if they don[t have any other reasono to take you then they can't take you for that

I'm pretty sure they can't unless you're being uncooperative or doing it when they're trying to get you to do or say something else
