Thoughts?

For the first couple of weeks I thought LC was a very dangerous team. And I still think they are dangerous, just not as much as I did originally. They are like Jekyll and Hyde. One game they show up and lay the wood to people, then the next they game it’s as if them left some of the team. The bell game really sunk it in for me. I thought they would beat them. And bell isn’t bad team. I have no doubt we’ll get their best shot. But I don’t think it’ll even be enough to prevent a running clock unless they really slow it down offensively.

I like our Defense to pin its ears back in this one as well.

I wish. But I don’t think their game style Would allow it. Plus if they have any sense at all they’d try to keep our O off the field. Also, they’ve got some RBs that could start for a lot of good teams in Kentucky.

Lincoln always plays Corbin like Catholic plays Boyle for some reason. I have watched there film and I agree, they don't look like the same team we faced last year when they made it a ball game. I don't know if players quit or what has happened to them. I thought after last year they would be the a very dangerous team to have to play for this year. So far it has been the opposite.

If they are that awful, ans no disrespect, what’s that say about bells game with them? I don’t think bell is an awful team. I actually think they are pretty good relative to 3A. Usually awful teams have the clock put on them. The Board kid put up almost 130 rushing yards on you guys, that’s a pretty good night. They played a little with sW Pulaski, who isn’t a bad team. So yea, I truly believe they have a RB that could start for a lot of teams. Now are they world beaters. Nope. But I’ve seen their RB last year. He was a hoss. I still think we’ll put a clock on them. Just not in the 1st qtr.

You are right about that. We’ll get their best shot. I don’t think they are as good as last year either. Still think they are a decent team. I’m not sure what happened to the players either. I remember last year I was listening to their radio and watching our live stream because their radio is funny. But the announcer said that the two RBs were either juniors or soph. I seen one of them play somerset. He was pretty good. I think it was Board. The other guy, don’t remember his name from last year. But it sure didn’t seem like they had the two headed attack back there from last year.

Everyone should respect Davis, Horton, and Sawyers. They can be very elusive and dangerous, they have good speed and agility. I also agree they could start on most teams.

He is a solid threat. Davis is his favorite target from receiver or out of the backfield. Sawyers is a threat between the tackles, he will chip away and then Davis can break one or streak down the sideline for a bomb.

Correction Amon will chip away and is there short yard guy.

Maxpreps not that they count for a single thing on earth has went and disrespected the redhounds, the arguably #2 possibly #1 team in the state IMO and ranked them #7.

I think they're right in the thick of it. Hounds get dinged a little on these things on account of "Schedule Strength."

Ahhh. Those are always messed up when it comes to no class ranking. It had BC ranked 2nd behind trinity, and it was pretty tight. Same year, we beat them 21-0. Point being, those are basically useless. Almost like trying to compare interstate teams. I know we had a discussion on it a while back, but I’m still firm that it doesn’t accurately judge them. But I’ll take it. Maybe be it’ll light a little fire under them.

If Lee Amon didn't stay hurt all the time Lincoln would only have one loss. But I can't see Lincoln slowing Corbin down. I would love to see Davis vs Longmire. If longmire can't stop Davis, he will never play at UK. Idc who gets mad about it!!!!

Corbin will probably rest some guys 2nd half maybe even during 1st half or at least I’d imagine they will.

My work brings me to red hound country Tomorrow well Knox county, hopefully find some good grub down that way.
