Should be a pretty good game. Central made some mental mistakes against LCA that cost them the game. One problem they are gonna have is running between the tackles against that Pikeville defense. I look for Pikeville's passing game to be clicking next week. Definitely gonna be a good one.

Panthers gonna have their work cut out for them with another road game. There's no doubt about it as they take on 6-A Mad Central. I look for the Panthers to be more proficient in the pass game this week. Get Lockhart, Hensley. Wilkerson, and Lowe out in space to pickup some passing yardage. As far as the run game goes, Blake Birchfield is gonna get his. Got to remember we've had to RB out with injuries and if(when) they return that will solidify the run game even more.

I honestly think it's gonna be a close game. I'm not sure if Pikeville will win, but it will definitely help  get them ready to compete for a 1A state championship.

Imo, this game is certainly winnable for Pikeville. Having said that, the pass game has to be established better. The run game will be there, no doubt. With the Panther's D, don't think MC will be as successful with their run game as it was with previous games on the schedule. Pikeville has a stout D to say the least, there's no question. Going to be a great game for sure. Just hope for a safe and injury free game for both sides. Having said all of that.....

Im going with Mad Central in this one - big, physical, tough and most importantly fast at all levels. IMO Pville struggles when teams have overall speed.
