The games should have started much earlier on Monday. They should have started the 1st game at 11:00am at the latest. Saying the gametimes will be 1,3,5, and 7 is hilarious!! The last game will be lucky to start at mid-night. Let me guess, Pike Central's AD is running the tourney?? He couldn't run a horseshoe tournament!!!!!!!!!!

This is going to be an interesting week...about the only predictable games are the 1st and 2nd games....Then after that n e thing could happen......

I feel Paintsville will win this region. The talent is very close and they just have the easiest road. Which will help on saving pitchers.
My upset of the round is Belfry over AC. This may not happen but I could see it happening Belfry will throw West and they are a very good team with him on the mound. And I dont look for AC to start their ace. But AC is a very good team. I defintley think the last 2 games will be hard to beat.

Guys on the radio just said whoever insisted on this schedule (PC AD) must have never seen a high school baseball game...
I agree they should of played 2 games on monday then 2 on tuesday then them the winner of game 1 and gamd 2 on wednesday and the winner of Game 3 and Game for on Thursday and give them Friday off and play the Championship game on Saturday

Sheldon Clark isn't any better corndog. They might have beat them twice in the regular season, but Paintsville did beat them in the districts. The fact is: Paintsville, Pikeville and Sheldon Clark are the best teams in this region and IMO they are ALL equal. TO say Paintsville will not win the region "GAURENTEED" is ridiculous cause noone knows. If things play out right tomorrow night then Paintsville will have their ace Shane Grimm for the championship, which will be a tough task for the opposing team.

SC might be thew best in the region on certain nights, but I think you could say that about 6-7 teams this year.

That's a possibility, but hasn't B-May pitched against Paintsville before?? I agree with Guru, there are a lot of teams that were the best team in the Region on their given night. No need to get upset, Sheldon Clark beat the Tigers twice. Paintsville has beaten the Cards once, both have good teams. Both are regional contenders, I was rooting for the Cards tonight. Good Luck tomorrow against AC.

It seems to me all of the teams not being expected to win are winning ....except for the Paintsville Prestonsburg game of course.....The AC SC game should be very exciting and very unpredictable although many are trying to predict a winner IMO its not possible. Both teams are probably equally good.

Well wouldn't it be if the district was seeded that SC would have been the 1 seed according to their district record?? If that's the case they wouldn't have had to play 2 games in before the championship.
