I am going out on a limb and predicting a shutout. A new face will be in the lineup for sure at running back and after watching film, I believe Pulaski is in for a world of hurt. Sorry T.D. Hounds, I thought he was playing against Franklin but I was wrong. Corbin will look to flex some muscle in the running game in this one. Brandon Baker looked good in the Franklin game in the 4th Quarter running the ball for Corbin. Pulaski had tons of miscues on special teams in that game against Boyle and its only going to get worse.

No apologies necessary my friend, I know you had nothing but the best of intentions. I did cry until halftime when I seen he wasn’t gonna be playing  Big Grin  Pulaski still Pulaski and at home for them, our boys need to stay focused after the big win Friday night.  Seen this play out to many times over the years, big emotional win for one team, bad loss for the other and suddenly the shoes on the other foot.  Last weeks games are just that last week, Hounds come out ready to play I think we pull this one out but I don’t think it’ll be as lopsided as the Boyle game.  Boyle was at home, Pulaski had a bad game and their Coach will have them ready to play come Friday night, you can count on it.

I think the hounds add another notch to the belt. But I will say that Pulaski is a team I would never overlook, with that being said it will be interesting to see the backfield for the hounds this game!

You do know what FOR SURE means right? Hahaha. I hope you’re correct. Been wanting to see him play for over a month now. Man oh man, our offense will be like thunder and lightening in the back field if so. I have some business in Glasgow Friday I’m hoping it goes fast so I can swing back through somerset on the way back. Bull you just got me like a kid on Christmas.

If it was at home, and what you are saying comes true, the announcer might lose his voice after saying that 100 times! Haha. Giving we’ve only punted twice all year, surprised it hasn’t happened already haha.

Too much Redhound for 95 percent of the teams in the state.

They can score as many as they see fit. Gotta respect how good Pulaski is on offense but they won’t hang long.

Who does the PA? He’s a little overkill. The PA guy just needs to state the play and who made the tackle. It seems like he tries to play by play from the press box. That’s only in the movies. He should chill out a bit.

How will the addition of the new RB affect what we see from the Hounds going forward. I've not seen the kid play and just know what little I've read on here. Tell me a little about what I should expect about how he will impact the offense and how he will be utilized Also, elaborate on his physical skills and assets and his style of running. Is there a back from Corbin's past that he reminds you of? Thanks in advance for your help.

I would probably say he is the guy that is going to get you those tough 3-4 yard runs, and honestly he may turn them into break away runs for a score. He is a bruiser when he has to be and can be as athletic at the second level as anyone else on the roster. If I was going to compare him to someone from the past, First name that comes to mind would be Zac Prewitt maybe. Tough kid to bring down, not going to be stopped for short gains but when he gets through the line athletic and has good speed. He doesn’t have size or strength Zac had, but he is a tough back.

I’m not sure. But technically according to KHsaa rule book, the PA announcer is supposed to be neutral in his job. Haven’t seen many that are though. I don’t really mind him that bad, I’ve seen wayyyyy worse. Ones that just get under your skin.

From what I remember at Knox central and what I’ve been told about practice, I don’t think there has been someone that really compares to him. There was a kid, ans his name escapes me, back around 2010ish. A bruiser of a back to bring down, but had some speed after the line, and some agility that made people miss tackles for extra yards. But I think he’ll be better than he was when said and done. But I think obviously it’ll open our offense up a little more. Give us more sets ans options to go with. They already can’t key on one specific person. But with the addition of him, you can move mills to a slot, have Patterson and longmire split out and wells eother at tight end or another slot, they’ll have to go one on one against them, then our speed and size can really take advantage. Or hand it off to huff and let him fight his way up field with no one in the box.

I don’t think we’ll hang 60 on PC regardless like Boyle did, our game style isn’t ran that way. But I think we’ll win in a more convincing fashion than that game went, because of our D. Somewhere in the range of 35-40 to 7.

From what I'm reading, it seems like the only thing that can stall a drive will be a turnover. A third and five or fourth and four like we faced last week would seem to be almost automatic conversions with a big bruiser in the backfield. Should be fun to wach.

Best team in 4a is Corbin. The state title runs through them this year.they beat Pulaski by as much as they want.
