I heard maybe one transfer from Paintsville has to sit out until 1 year to the date that Paintsville was eliminated from region last season. Any truth to this?

I'm not trying to be a smarty. Just telling it the why it is. Transfer has to have a bonifed change of address. If not they have to sit out 1 year and how does a team get 5 or 6 transfers in 1 year and get them eligible?
