Phelps seems to be dominating the weakest district in the state. I'm excited to see them matched up against a team from the 57th or 59th in the Region tournament. Hard to tell how good a team is until they schedule/play one of the top teams in the Region.

They are playing weaker teams but they are destroying them. If francis makes shots they can beat any team in the region on a given night. Thats whats going to make the 15th region tourney so wild.

Can I just say, in the days of everyone leaving for greener pastures, lots of respect for Trey Francis who has stuck it out with his hometown school and friends and battled. Kids a helluva player who could’ve went to Valley, Pike Central, or Pikeville and really increased his chances for a Region title but instead stayed. Good for you kid. I’ll be pulling for the Hornets at AWA (formerly Expo) in a few weeks.
