Shelby Valley @ Martin County 2-11-20
#1
Another big one in Inez.
#2
The next few games will test the Cards and they clearly have the talent to win

What’s the gameplan for this one as a coach at Martin County? let Potter get his 30 points and don’t let someone else beat you? Cards have no one to matchup with Potter so do you pick your poison?

Very easily could go for 40 if threes fall early. Good point

You guys are talking like Potter is the only player for Valley. Keian Worrix is lightning fast and I've watched Robinson light up the 3's at will. Martin County better bring their A game to this one.

Potter is a good player and could drop 30 in a game but Cody in his last game only had 16 against Jenkins and only hit for 6 against South Charleston.

The Cards also have several good players like Trey James, Brady Dingess, Braxton Maynard and Ethan Smith-Mills that can also put up some big numbers.

The Cards will have the home court advantage in this game and will win this battle by 3.

Martin County has 2 big games this week Shelby Valley and Paintsville.

The SV game won't make any difference to MC win or lose, it will just be a great game between to really good teams.

The Paintsville game will decide the number 1 seed in the 57th district.....

Martin co does indeed have good players but Potter is isn’t good, He’s Special. His length and athleticism allows him to get his shot off against ANY Defender in the region. Young man is just one of those type talents we don’t see often And we see A LOT of good players in the mountains.

Plus it may have been a little difficult to get Hyped vs Jenkins than it will be for the Martin Co game.

Special players always make games exciting for everyone and this game tonight will be no exception. The good news for anyone who can’t make it to the game can watch it live on YouTube. The bad news is special players sometimes bring the best out of their opponents which could happen tonight.
