Wolfe County is taking their 6-0 record to Prestonsburg tomorrow night to play a very talented Shelby Valley team that could be the toughest test for them so far! Rollins College commit Cody Potter is averaging almost a double double and he and Kaden Robinson are combining for 37 points a game. This game will make for some exciting basketball on a cold December night!

Wolfe County certainly has their work cut out for them against Shelby Valley. 6-0 start for WC is impressive, doesn't matter who they've scheduled. This game will be their measuring stick to see how the stack up against one the better teams in the Mountains.
Does Wolfe have anyone that can match up with Potter? He's long, has a quick release and can shoot from anywhere on the floor.

Wolfe is loaded with talent. Jaz Johnson can score anyway he wants. By the end of the season Wilgus Tolson could be consider one of the best point guards in Kentucky high school basketball. They have a 6â6â 8th grade center with tons of potential. The Wolves have multiple players who could score 30 on any given night. They will make a game of it for sure.

This is probably the best team, Wolfe has had in a while. I think theyre a true threat to come out of the 14th this year and next. Johnson is one of the top players in the region and they have two other tough guards along his side in Thompson and Tolson . I think they have a shot in this one.

Wolfe is vastly improved but inclined to say Shelby Valley by 6 due to Potter. It will be difficult to suppress Potter the entire game. Jaz and Tolson are two very good guards and may be the best guard tandem in the region behind Hazard's tandem.
