I don't know if he is or isn't, but he must have been talking about it, i heard about it long before it was put on here. Fake News or not, sounds like he is a hit lol.

How is Breathitt County gonna be in the mix in 2A next season when they lost majority of they're firepower? Collins, Slaughter, Manns, J. Noble, plus several linemen. That's a lot to lose. They do return O'Hara and Waddle.

I just don't see them being anywhere near contention next season. Probably 500. team or so.

Theyâll be in the running because of a weak district. Leslie County, Knott County Central, Morgan County and Middlesboro. Iâm not sure how much Middlesboro can close the gap in on Breathitt however theyâll be the clear cut choice to win the playoffs district, to put them in the regional championship.

With all they lose they wonât be near the team they were last year unless they are able to add players like Spurlock to their team. Either way theyâll be much better than .500. Depending on who they replace Jenkins with, they have another shot at going 10-0. They play probably the weakest schedule in 2A. IMO they are a lock for another regional championship appearance.

Schedule is among the weakest in the state - they win 7 or 8 by just showing up.

Gotta say from the games I saw from Leslie that Asher kid was a stud!! Never saw a kid so strong for his size. I saw many games he would slam kids down and it would take 4-5 kids to get him down pretty awesome RB forsure and scored almost everytime he touched the ball wether it was RB or playing receiver. He not only could run the ball but he caught bout every pass thrown and scored either way. Looked to me like that Spurlock and Asher kid really made difference in offense on running the ball.

When they played against us Spurlock and Asher runned it hard. Asher was the only one that could even score from what I saw and by the way he played he was a great RB and definitely not afraid!! Hope he comes play for us!!

Well, if a coach isnât allowing a player to work out, based off rumors, then he may be the reason why these kids are wanting to transfer in the first place. Who does that?

When you're telling everyone that you're transferring and have a meeting at the Fieldhouse there the weekend of the All-A, then its not rumors... Sounds like Coach done exactly what he should have, made them decide before coming back.

Are they allowing Asher to workout? The rumor is, he may be leaving as well. At the end of the day, if Spurlock is transferring, I see why the head coach didn't allow him to workout. I don't know the whole story, but there seems to be a lot of internal issues within the program.

Old breathitt County hearing from the KHSAA on recruitment... they made lot of people mad. If any transfers do go good luck on eligibility because it's going to be fought till the end of time. Breathit offering parents jobs trying to compete with Somerset well guess what y'all never win a region with the horses they got. ��
