I know Russell's Shaelyn Steele and Boyd County's Audrey Biggs just Received offers as 8th Graders from Marshall University yesterday.

How does one get a scholarship offer as an 8th grader after the new recruiting rules changes? I thought the first contact date was June AFTER Sophomore year?

Football, Mens/Womens basketball and baseball are not affected by that rule.
