I heard that from a pretty reliable source that the WYMT Mountain classic was hoping to have the girls basketball showcased and was entertaining the idea of getting that going. They were impressed with the play of some of the regional teams this season. I personally would like to see it started.

That's a really good idea. The girls from the mountains really impressed me this year so I think that it would be great to allow more people to get in on the action.

It is about time these girls from the mountains get recongnized. They work their butts off everyday and can play with anybody in the state *besides come private ones which nobody can* They are special and have such great talent but never really get any attention.

I think it would be great..I have gone to the boys several times as a spectator and the atmosphere is awesome..Would be great for the girls.
