Check that, 2 of the losses in OT and the other a 2 point loss to Shelby Valley at the buzzer in the All-A championship.

Nice win for Pikeville.

Be curious to know how many 3's Pikeville hit in this game. Sounded like they were shooting lights out and it still came down to the final seconds.

Congrats Panthers! Nice win! :Cheerlead

More interesting to know how many free throws Paintsville made/shot, compared to Pikeville before the Tigers had to start fouling at the end of the game.

Agreed. Pretty sure Pikeville didn't shoot a FT in the 1st half.

When you are shooting a lot of shots from the perimeter you are not going to get to the FT line.

Paintsville was shooting a lot of perimeter shots as well.

PAINTSVILLE – Pikeville survived a potential game-tying shot with time running out to earn a 73-70 win over Paintsville in a game played on Bill “Mike” Runyon Court Feb. 15.

Seth Williams paced the Tigers (17-6) with 24 points. He was a perfect 12-for-12 from the foul line. Colby Fugate came off the bench to finish with 18 and Nick Keeton hit for 11. Braxton Tharp added nine.

Seth Williams shot 5 more free throws throws than entire Pikeville team.

And your point is????? Are you actually insinuating that Pikeville got cheated even though they won. Now that's a new one. Even for jetpilot

Seth plays hard and fast and when he is in his zone he scores a lot which causes fouls.

12 for 12 at FT line .... wow way to go. 👍

No I'm insinuating Pikeville fouled constantly all night and Paintsville kept going to the line and Paintsville never fouled at all until they had to at the end.TongueirateSho

How many 3's did he end up with? He was burning it up the 1st half.

You are absolutely 100% right about Connor and he does play hard and fast and congrats on his 25 points, he earned them.

My point was sometimes when a players like Connor, Seth, Potter or Whitaker get in that zone and have a big game, there is a tendency for them to get fouled during their hot streak, sometimes unintentional and sometimes out of desperation to slow them down, but they get fouled.

Sometimes good players get in a slump at the FT line and it’s nice to see them get back on track unless you’re cheering for the other team... lol

I’ve always wondered what it would be like to have a “”All Star Team” from each region and play a tournament. The 15th would be well represented.
