I've watched both regions several times this year.. Not that much difference in the regions. Homecourt means around 10 points. I'd say 15th has more quality teams than 14th region.

The top teams in the 14th are a little stronger than the top teams in the 15th in my opinion. I think the middle and bottom half teams are a toss-up.

You can’t judge the quality of the 14th region based on games that Knott Central won on their home court. Everyone goes in to Hindman expecting to get the shaft. WNBA teams would struggle against the lady pats at home.
