It's Powell County's to lose. Powell shouldn't have a problem with Lee County in the opening round.

Estill and Owsley will be a good one. Estill beat Owsley by 14 on the same court as the district tournament but the Owls (like most of everyone else) come to play when post season tournaments come around.
