Terrible draw for the 14th. 11th region should be Scott County who is a top 2-3 team in the state.

Terrible draw for the 14th! Jeez!!! The team representing the weakest of the 16 regions has to play the number 1 ranked team in the state first game. Scott County is going to have a running clock in this one, and not too far into the game.
