With Letcher losing by 32 last night to Central in VA, I don't see them winning this one. Either they have someone injured or sick, or they are just not playing very well. Central Va is not a very good team.

No, seen Central in Gatlinburg over Christmas. They lost to a team from Gatlinburg who was also not very good, they were like 10-10. Just my opinion. Virginia is not known for great girls basketball. Tongue

Central VA was the 2A state champs last year. they was a solid 3pt team when I watched them play. Lcc v Kcc will b a nailbiter

Must of lost some players, and state champs in Virginia doesn't usually compete very well in Kentucky. Their Mr. and Mrs. basketball usually would not even be in our top 20 players.

SW VA players maybe. Virginia has the #1 PG and F in the nation this year. One going to Notre Dame and the other to Maryland. Amira Collins on TN team is from Va. 5 star player.

#1 PG - Nico Mannion is from Arizona going to Arizona
#1 CG - Cole Anthony from New York attending Oak Hill Academy in VA
#1 F - Jaden McDaniels from Washington attending Washington or UK

Other than Oakhill Academy there are no 5 star recruits from VA. They have a couple 4 stars and several 3 stars.
