I've been saying for a while, along with some others on here, that the lady owls had some talent on that squad. I was caught off guard on this game. Owsley's program has improved significantly the last few years, however, I thought Knott would cruise in this one. Sounds like Knott has to do a better job defending and rebounding. I didn't get to see this game so I can't give details. Knott has a senior led team that should do well this season. I think they will bounce back.

Just because they had a bad opening game lose to a very high quality team on the road doesn’t mean that they aren’t a good team. Just means they had a bad lose on the road. Very young team who are still learning to play together so give them some credit instead of trying to dog Knott for losing to them. Owsley gets Floyd at home later in the year and I’ll bet that game will be much closer.
