WanDale Robinson Commitment 11/1
#1
The day has arrived. Wandale Robinson of Western Hills will be announcing his college choice later today. In an article a month or so ago in the Lexington Herald Leader, Wandale stated that Nebraska was in the lead but Ohio State, Michigan, Kentucky, Alabama, and Purdue were still in the running. Has anyone heard anything else? Where do you think he is headed?

Do you know what time he is making his announcement and if there is gonna be any media coverage of his decision?

I am not sure. He stated that he was making his announcement today for his cousin's birthday. I don't know if that means it will be at a party or it will be done at the school.

In my opinion it's Nebraska, Ohio St and Kentucky in that order. I'd be surprised but not totally shocked if it's UK. He and Rondale Mooee at Purdue are friends and he likes what Moore has been able to do in the Big Ten as a freshman. Thinks he can do the same at Nebraska under a new coach with a great system.

If I was a betting man, I'd say the Huskers....he's a great kid and I hope he kills it wherever he ends up.

Hope its Blue.

He’s going to commit to Kentucky IMO.
#8
I think he's Kentucky bound based on what Nebraska Insiders are saying this morning. Who knows though.
#9
Kentucky

Changing my pick based upon what I was just told.

Yesterday it was Nebraska.

Right now it is Kentucky.
#11
He said Nebraska was his leader about 3 weeks ago. KSR thinks otherwise.

I think he’s doing it at his school I believe, for whoever asked.

I watched the game between Ohio State and Purdue and Moore was amazing, but I hope the young man commits to Kentucky it would definitely be a big step forward for them. Also like you I hope he is successful where ever he goes, love seeing these Kentucky young men do good things at the next level

Imagine him in a slot spot and Lynn Bowden on the same side. Blazing speed!

that would be an idea spot for him

Just remember folks, nothing is ever official until the letter of intent is signed either in December or February. That being said, best of luck to this young man at wherever he chooses. He is a tremendous football player.

If he commits to somewhere beside Kentucky and they go and beat Georgia i think hes gonna regret it. But thats a long shot.
#18
He said the other day that KYs offense this year hasn’t affected his decision. Said he knows they need someone like him to help open the pass game up. It sure would be hard to turn an offer down from Bama and play for a NC. But then again if you stay home, everyone will know who you are the rest of your life. Tough call for the kid.
#19
It comes down to who's gunna get him the ball (starting next season). Period. He wants to impact the college game like Rondale Moore has. He will go to the place that has sold him on this and this alone. Period. And I don't blame him one bit.

I hope UK gets him! I still think UK should be recruiting these kids earlier. There is a middle school Team KY and KY future stars and a freshman and sophomore all state team that coaches can use to identify talent early. They haven’t used it to recruit our kids as freshman and I am a UK fan but am frustrated with jumping in late on great in state kids

Sad state we are in if we have to have these big productions for a kid to pick a school.

Completely agree. It’s kinda disgusting what this process has become...in all sports. Just silly.
#23
I hope it's Nebraska or Ohio State.

I agree 100%, but that is the society we live in today.
