From what I can tell, it’s at Breathitt again this year..can anyone tell me how this works and why it doesn’t rotate between the other schools? Just curious

I'd imagine most of the smaller schools aren't equipped to host All-A.

Perry Central had been the site, but they passed on hosting it. Breathitt was voted as the host site by the all a representatives from each school.
